 No Returns or Exchanges

 As every product you purchase is a unique handcrafted artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please carefully review the product details, color, and dimensions before placing your order to ensure it meets your expectations.

 Exceptions

 If your item arrives damaged during shipping or is significantly different from your order description, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. You will need to provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue. After verification, we will arrange a full refund or exchange at our discretion.

 Sale Items

 All items purchased at a discounted or promotional price are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for these products.

 Return Shipping Fees

 If a return is approved under the above exception circumstances:

 • You are solely responsible for covering all return shipping costs. These fees are non-refundable.

 • If a refund is issued, the original return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
